In our conversation, Amy talks about her story in becoming sober, a process of creation, rebuilding, and looking deeply into her wounding. We discuss the work that began in the midst of her own intoxication and how she felt her soul present in every moment. A woman with purpose and drive, who feels no shame about her feelings, desires, and emotions, Amy inspires everyone in their world to live as they are, instead of tampering their spirit for the sake of others. Deeply engaged in the world of nervous system regulation, Amy talks about the ways in which we can live in more harmony with our being.
